Accès-Loisirs program

Libraries: A gateway to Québec culture

Québec City’s public library, the Bibliothèque de Québec, has 26 branches around the city. It offers a large selection of books, digital resources, movies, video games, and more, as well as activities for all ages and a number of ways to learn about Québec culture.
