Online application form
Applying online is the most efficient and fastest way to ensure your application is processed.
Important:
- You are allowed to indicate up to two program choices for the same semester.
- If you chose a limited enrolment program or a limited space program, you will be allowed to indicate a third choice of an unlimited enrolment program.
- For your application to be considered, you must submit your program choices and pay the application fee within the admission application deadlines.
- You can submit your application form even if you have not collected all the required documents yet. Make sure to send the requested documents before the deadline.
- All program choices will be processed independently. You will receive a separate answer for each choice.
Have you already studied at Université Laval?
If you have already studied at Université Laval, make sure to use your IDUL@ulaval.ca account to log in to monPortail. If you do not remember your IDUL or password, visit the password management page (in French only).

Application deadlines and fee
You want to...
To modify or complete your application form, return in your admission file on monPortail.
If you have not yet reached the maximum of program choices in your admission application and wish to add another choice for the same semester, it is possible to do so by returning in your admission file on monPortail.
No additional application fee will be charged since the desired semester is the same.
It is important to submit all applications in accordance with the admission application deadlines.
If you are enrolled in a program at Université Laval and you would like to leave it to pursue a different program, complete an online application. When you accept the offer of admission, you will be able to indicate your decision to close out the old program and replace it with the new one. If you decline the offer or do not respond, the old program will remain open.

Make sure you submit your application by the deadline.
You can register for more than one program at a time, under certain conditions (sections 3.45 to 3.49 in the academic regulations). To do so, complete an application online. When you accept the offer of admission, you will be able to indicate your decision to participate in this new program without leaving the old one.
Some simultaneous registrations are approved on the spot, while others must be approved by the director of your current program. You will be informed of the situation when you accept your offer.
